[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#473797: kde-guidance: Please build guidance-backends

Version: 0.8.0-2.1

You may have noticed that the Ubuntu version of kde-guidance
builds a package called guidance-backends.

Please build this package in Debian too, as it is a dependency of
jockey, which will be uploaded to Debian soon.

It would also be great if you could merge some bugfixes from the
Ubuntu package in case they apply in Debian, too.
