[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#416484: kdebluetooth: Not just for mice with pins

This is still happening with the latest version.
It doesn't have to do with PINs anymore.
It happens with the Logitech Mediaboard Pro (keyboard+touchpad)
and the Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000

hidd --search works as root but not as non-root.
This makes the mouse or keyboard try to reconnect later which they do
if hidd is running.

kinputwizard always gives "cannot create device" errors

May have to do with dbus permissions maybe?

Not sure what to do to debug this further.
