[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#475172: [kde-guidance] Do not run in kcontrol

kde-guidance modules can not be launched by kcontrol, only by a terminal.

I open kcontrol -> Peripherals -> Monitor & Display
Application displayconfig is not loaded.

I run konsole, i type displayconfig.
Application displayconfig is loaded.

The same happens for rest of modules: userconfig, wineconfig and Disk & 
Filesystems.
