[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#477451: kmplayer: traslation files and default parameter values

Hi,
please consider to include translation files in kmplayer-common rather than 
kmplayer : this will make possible to have translation even if 
kmplayer-plugin package only is installed (which depends on kmplayer-common).
Others changes i would suggest is to set the default value of "Auto Adjust 
Colors" and "Auto Adjust Volume" to false: this will avoid manually resetting 
on every restart...
I attach the patch that works for me.
