[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#495775: ktorrent: toolbar settings are broken

Toolbar settings are not saved unless buttons are added/removed. Even then, the saved settings are not obeyed even thought they appear in ~/.kde4/share/config/ktorrentrc

Also the the defaults from System Settings, such as default text position, are not followed.
