[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#463852: libexiv2-2: conflicts with libexiv2-0 for no obvious reason

libexiv2-2 declares Conflicts: libexiv2-0 for no apparent reason; in
particular, they (rightly) have no files in common AFAICT.  Could you
please either explain the relationship, drop it, or version it, as
appropriate?
