reassign 465495 libkexiv2-3 0.1.6-1+b1

I saw this also this morning. Also affects others programs like
showfoto.

The problem went away when I reinstalled the libkexiv2-3 package from
testing (0.1.6-1). Obviously this bug is really in the unstable
libkexiv2-3 package (0.1.6-1+b1).
