[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#468659: "Player gstreamer Not Running" when trying to play with gstreamer

I was unable to use kmplayer with the GStreamer engine with 2 machines on 2 
tested.
The video area stays black, no sound is heard, and the message "Player 
gstreamer Not Running" shows in the status bar.
I tried playing an Ogg file and a MP3. I don't have much GStreamer packages 
installed, but couldn't figure what I would need more.
