and happy New Year!:)
It would be nice to add some things for highlighting in the LaTeX
syntax. E.g. the & in the tabular envireonment. Possible it is better to
open a thread or an wishlist in an other way to collect other wishes for
highlightening. 
It would be also very nice if the spellchecker could directly and easy
configured from kile that it do not remark some special LaTeX orders as
misstakes.
Thanks for Your work, kile is a very good LaTex editor.
