[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#458807: please adjust logging to a sane level

When starting digikam dumps s.th. like the following into the console
(stderr/out):

this is useless and polutes the console. Please adjust the default
loglevel so that unwarranted polution doesn't occur any more. If really
need the user should be still able to raise the log with kdebugdialog.
