[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#416484: kdebluetooth: bluetooth connection works as root

I encountered the "Failed to create input device" problem with a Dell BT travel mouse.
I then did, as a normal user,
$ hidd --search
Searching ...
        Connecting to device 00:07:61:8D:19:61
HID create error 13 (Permission denied)

However, when I ran the same thing as root it worked, and the mouse is now functional.

Whether this means the KDE bluetooth stuff needs to run as root or the lower level stack
should not require root I don't know.  I suppose it's also possible that the problems
with the hidd command are separate from those in kdebluetooth.  At any rate, it's a work-around.

I have also discovered that setting HIDD_ENABLED=1
in /etc/default/bluetooth also makes things work.  This works better
than hidd --search because the latter seems to timeout after a period of
inactivity, and the latter requires manual intervention as root.
