[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#463220: kde-quidance: displayconfig fails to run in kcontrol

Hi, displayconfig runs with "sudo displayconfig" but not from inside kcontrol. When pressing the button to become 
root (in german: "Systemverwaltungsmodus") either nothing happens, or, when starting all kcontrol as root, I get only 
the blue startup-screen of kcontrol.
