[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#490603: [kaffeine] Chooing alternative encoding for tags doesn't work

When I choose an alternative encoding to display the Meta tags , the
Unicode mode doesn't seem to be disabled .
I verified that kaffeinerc includes the new configuration :

$ cat /home/****/.kde/share/config/kaffeinerc | grep Encoding
Alternate Encoding Name=cp 1256
Use Alternate Encoding=true
