[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#493100: kipi-plugins: Should made the transition from thunderbird to icedove

Hello,

Since icedove replace thunderbird in Debian, the "send images by mail" plugin should prefer icedove instead of thunderbird.

The actuel dialbox refers to thunderbird. It will be great if a new item "icedove" exists.
