[Pkg-kde-extras] archive/k3b

Hi,

is there any reason why we have the whole source tree for k3b and
k3b-i18n in our svn? AFAICT all other packages only have the Debian
specific files there. The difference in size is a major on, k3b-i18n
alone needs almost half a gig.
