[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#485081: soundkonverter: SoundKonverter doesn't properly handle Unicode filenames

Sound converter does not properly handle UTF-8 characters in output
filenames, for example the o-umlaut or u-umlaut in motley crue. It takes
the input filename properly but the filename and ID3 is output with 
ASCII names.
