[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#459960: runtime library libpythonize0 depends on python development

Hi,
this bug is painful because packages that depend on it (for instance
kde-guidance) force the installation of both python2.4 and python2.5.

The /usr/lib/libpython2.5.so library belongs to the python2.5-dev
package. Depending on python2.5-dev instead of python-all-dev would
reduce this problem.
