[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#487285: kvpnc cannot close pptp connection

kvpnc on my system is run from kdesu:
	kdesu -u root -- kvpnc -session XXXXXX...

There are there related process: kdesu, kvpnc and pppd (all run as
root).

When a pptp connection is connected (from kvpnc of course), I
can't disconnect it from kvpnc, neither from systray menu nor from the
"disconnect" button on kvpnc main window.

This should be the reason for bug#487215, where kvpnc prevented kde from
shutting down the system. (However kde should shut down in case of such
situation.)
