[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#488448: konversation: bogus recommends on konveration-debug

Hi,

konversation has a recommends on konversation-dbg, which (on my system)
pulls over a 100Mb of dependencies by default, as recommends are now
automatically installed.
The recommends should at least be demoted to suggests or completely
removed.
