[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#473367: krecipes: Please move the .desktop file to /usr/share/applications

Please move the .desktop file from /usr/share/applnk/Utilities/krecipes.desktop to /usr/share/applications so that GNOME users can see a menu icon for that program too.

You will also need to add an appropriate category field to the .desktop file:

  Categories=Utility;Database;KDE
