[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#480960: kaffeine: DVB-T subtitles persist too long

I've been using a Pinnacle 72e DVB-T USB stick with the
v4l_for_72e_dongle v4l-dvb driver and had a problem when I enabled the
subtitles on "Neighbours" on UK channel "five". I haven't checked other
shows or channels so far.

Parts of the subtitles stay on screen too long but are displayed in the
front-most layer, obscuring the subsequent subtitles. It looks to me as
if, when a subtitle spans more than one line, the extra lines stay on
and persist until another subtitle with at least as many lines replaces
them. But sometimes they also disappear when there is a period of no
subtitles at all.
