[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#504271: The plugins for ktorrent are missing.

Start ktorrent. 

1) Go to the menu "Settings/Configure KTorrent".
2) The settings window opens.
3) On the bar to the left, click the "plugins" icon to view the plugins available.
4) The list of available plugins is empty. It should be populated with plugins.

The contents of the package includes these files:

Because these files are included with the package, I think that it was intended for them to be displayed on the plugin screen, therefore it is a bug that they are not displayed.
