[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#501198: ksplash-engine-moodin: Problem with Magic Labels translation

There is a problem with translation of Magic Labels containing non-ascii
characters: the non-ascii characters get mangled. One solution is easy
enough and is proposed in the enclosed patch.
