[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#504021: [wlassistant] redundant dependency (kicker)

i try to install this application on KDE 4.x
and i am getting:
wlassistant:
 Depends: kicker but it is not going to be installed

my guess is... that it does not need kicker
since i have several kde3 "kicker-using" applications that works
fine on kde4.

can i disable dependency check ?
or is it linked against kicker in compile time ?
