[Pkg-kde-extras] touchfreeze

Hi Kde packagers,

I have put together a package of touchfreeze, which I realise fabo was
intending to work after the removal of k/qsynaptics [1] on but hadn't done
so yet:

The package is mostly based on the recent Ubuntu package for touchfreeze.

I would like to know if you guys would like to maintain it in your team with
or without me, so that Debian users can enjoy this handy little application.
