[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#562972: Please add a possibility of checking for new pictures from CLI

Hello,
Could you, please, add a new feature for kphotoalbum?
I'd be glad to run it like:
kphotoalbum --scan-new
for checking if new pictures appeared in the directory and scanning it, then
exitting.
