[Pkg-kde-extras] krecipes and team membership

Hi,

As stated before in earlier messages, I would like to take care of the
krecipes package which has not been maintained for over two years.

However, I am no DD and need therefore help by a sponsor to upload my
packages.  Also, since krecipes has always had pkg-kde-extras as
maintainer I would like to continue that and join the team.

Are there any steps I need to undertake to get there?
