[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#532199: Adding new category working in an unexpected way.

Hello,
In configuration window button [Apply] adds the same category again and again.

Steps to replicate:
1. After starting program choose from menu: Settings -> Configure KPhotoAlbum
2. Go to tab Categories.
3. Click "New" button and type whatever in "Label" input field
4. Click "Apply" several times (three will be enough)
5. Close configuration window and look carefully on category list in main
   window.
6. For each "Apply" click there is additional copy of the category.
