[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#533204: kile: Please update svn snapshot to 2.1 beta1 release

Two days ago we released the beta1 version of kile 2.1. This version
could need some broader testing and is also considered worth a try and also 
more stable than the current svn snapshot in debian.
