[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#525069: "Update now" option seems to work only after a place configuration

"Update now" option seems to work only after a place configuration. If I start 
a new KDE session, the widget isn't automatically updated at starting and the 
"Update now" option seems to do nothing. If I go to the configuration window 
and re-define the place configuration, the informations are automatically 
updated and the "Update now" option works again.
