Well, on my "behaving" machine (with debian testing/unstable) there is none.
On the "bad" machine it's this (with the filters removed, I hope that they're
not the cause):

[Filter Settings]
Count=87
Enabled=true
...
Shrink=true

[KParts Plugins]
CrashesEnabled=false
MinitoolsEnabled=true
UserAgentChangerEnabled=true
adblockEnabled=true
autorefreshEnabled=false
babelfishEnabled=false
domtreeviewerEnabled=true
kgetEnabled=true
khtmlkttsdpluginEnabled=true
khtmlsettingspluginEnabled=true
konqfeediconEnabled=true
konqmficonEnabled=true
rellinksEnabled=true
validatorsEnabled=false
webarchiverEnabled=false

I already compared the two machines' ~/.kde, but couldn't find something
conclusive.
Both show the extension in the list, but on one I cannot enable the toolbar
(because it's not displayed).

Thank you for your efforts.

Regards,

Phil
