[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#554859: "Inséré un fichier texte" in French commit dialog

In French, the commit dialog has the label "Inséré un fichier texte" to use a text file as commit message. "Inséré" means "Insert" and should be spelled "Insérer" instead.
