[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#558718: strigi-daemon: Installation issue prohibits starting of strigi daemon by KDE4

When trying to enable the Strigi Desktop File Indexer in the KDE4 System Settings application under the Desktop Search section, the following error is displayed:

"Strigi service failed to initialize, most likely due to an installation problem"

Reinstalling this package does nothing to solve the issue.
