[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#544951: There is no facility to display text below icons

There is currently no facility option to display text below icons in the
toolbars.

Also, there is a red cross icon to the left of the search box, that has 
no explainatory note.

Maybe it would be better to the right of the search bar with the word 
"GO" on or something.

Also the two icons either side of the sender address for the currently 
visible email have no explanatory text.
