[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#546736: k3b: fails burning with insufficient access rights after blanking CD-RW

- insert full CD-RW disk
- HAL polling on CD device is disabled (energy conservation, this is a laptop)
- right-click CD ISO image
- select Open with
- select k3b
- k3b opens and calculates checksum
- k3b detects full CD-RW disk
- uncheck Simulate
- check check-after-burning
- k3b asks for blanking disk
- proceed with blanking
- k3b blanks disk successfully
- k3b ejects tray
- k3b cannot auto-close tray <****************************
- k3b closes blank window
- k3b then fails with "cdrecord failed with insufficient access rights to open device"
- re-burning on the now-blank manually reinserted CD-RW succeeds just fine
So, in essence, k3b starts cdrecord before it has requested
manual re-closing of the tray. It does know that it cannot
close the tray itself as the log file attests to:
