[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#547364: digikam is not displaying photos again

Justification: renders package unusable

digikam is not displaying any photos -- again.  The images still exist in the filesystem.  This problem occurred in the recent past, and was fixed, with a later update.  However it has now reappeared.
