[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#577150: kpowersave: Disables special sleep and hibernate keys

After installation and start of kpowersave a kpowersave application
renders special keys fn+F4 ( sleep )
and fn+F12 ( hibernate ) on laptop x60s thinkpad non-functional.

right click on kpowersave icon and hibernate to disk generates a following
message in /var/log/auth.log

again user must quit a kpowersave application.
