After installation and start of kpowersave a kpowersave application
renders special keys fn+F4 ( sleep )
and fn+F12 ( hibernate ) on laptop x60s thinkpad non-functional.
right click on kpowersave icon and hibernate to disk generates a following
message in /var/log/auth.log
Apr 10 03:27:57 x60s dbus-daemon: Rejected send message, 3 matched rules;
type="method_call", sender=":1.7" (uid=1000 pid=2918 comm="kpowersave
[kdeinit] ")
interface="org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.SystemPowerManagement"
member="Hibernate" error name="(unset)" requested_reply=0
destination="org.freedesktop.Hal" (uid=0 pid=2570 comm="/usr/sbin/hald "))
To make special keys fn+F4 ( sleep ) and fn+F12 ( hibernate ) functional
again user must quit a kpowersave application.
