[Pkg-kde-extras] Tora & Oracle

Hello there, I just went through the un-enjoyable process of getting Tora 
2.1.1-1 to build a deb with Oracle Instant Client support and install the 
deb on Ubuntu 10.04.

I'm not sure where to send the configure/cmake changes though, it appears 
that it is just looking in the wrong directory for the include files.  It 
looks like Oracle 11.2 moved them to /usr/include/oracle/11.2/client.  Any 
idea where to send some diffs?
