[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#593362: keurocalc: desktop file does not validates FreeDesktop.org specs

Hello,

  Actually the Ubuntu changelog needs to be refreshed:
  1. the desktop file in Debian does validate according to FD.o spec.
  2. Ubuntu's diff is: Move item from Office to Utility in menu

  Also the bumping debhelper build-dep version is not needed
