[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#590589: plasma-widget-networkmanagement: Applies to plasma widget, too

This also applies to the plasma network management widget. When the network-manager daemon is started after having previoulsy been
stopped, the "NetworkManager User Settings Service" crashes and has to be restarted from the Service Manager in KDE's System Settings.
The widget itself stays around though, and will reconnect after said service has been restarted.

Just wanted to provide this additional info.
