[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#587781: basket: Upgrade to version 2.0 is needed.

According to the project's website support for version older than 2.0 is
dropped
due to older kde3  libs.
Judging for many bugs i experience in squeeze with basket 1.80.i  wish that the
new version is pulled in testing to catch the upcoming freeze.
