[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#588282: plasma-widget-networkmanagement: Plasma-widget-networkmanagement does not create openvpn connection

Trying to create an openvpn connection (X.509 with password) through plasma-
widget-networkmanagement nothing happens. This connection works fine when using
the command line
A window pops up the first time to enter the keys eventhough these have been
set previously. Second time this window does not pop up again.
