[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#579986: Build-depends needs adjustment for KDE SC 4.4

Hello,

you need to make the following changes to build dependencies in order for the 
package to be buildable against KDE SC 4.4.3 which has just been uploaded to 
unstable.

* Replace libkdcraw7-dev with libkdcraw-dev
* Replace libkipi6-dev with libkipi-dev
* Either Build-Conflict with libmarble-dev (<< 4:4.4) or Build-Depend on 
libmarble-dev (>= 4:4.4) (temporarily anyway).
