[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#581806: [network-manager-kde] knetworkmanager cannot minimize to system tray

After upgrade to the latest network-manager-kde, sometimes it minimize to the 
task bar, not to system tray. when click on system tray icon, there is no 
response. When click on taskbar icon, only a little piece of the interface 
appears.
