Hi,

KTorrent appears to only open IPv6 (listening) sockets which can not receive 
IPv4 traffic when bindv6only is enabled. This effectively reduces the client's 
connectivity, especially when the upstream link is IPv4-only.

The version in sid is probably affected too.
