[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#582409: soundkonverter: decoders for ape and flac files are not recognized

Hello

soundkonverter doesn't recognize the decoders for flac and ape files,
installed from these packages:

ii  flac                                    1.2.1-2+b1
ii  monkeys-audio                           3.99-u4-b5-0.1

It stopped recognizing them after it was converted to KDE4. The version
from lenny (0.3.8-2), for KDE3, recognizes correctly these decoders.

soundkonverter is undoubtedly the best audio conversion utility I have
ever used, and I have been using it very heavily on a daily basis, but
this renders it practically unusable.
