[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#597038: kde-config-touchpad: Incorrect description on automatic touchpad control option

An Automatic touchpad control option under "Automatically switch of ftouchpad
on keyboard activity" has a wrong description -- where it says "Time to wait
before switching the keyboard on again", it should say "touchpad" instead of
"keyboard", as the config option refers to the delay for reenabling the
touchpad after a keypress.
