Hi
same as OP, if I use the radio kill-switch knetworkmanager disables wireless
after using the kill switch, but does not re-enable it (it stays grayed out).
Quick fix is to run 'killall knetworkmanager; sleep 1; knetworkmanager'

Ofter the killall... from above everything works once I re-enable wireless
manually.
Running knetworkmanager with --sync --no-fork does not really yield anything
useful, unfortunately there is no --debug switch.
