[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#651547: ktorrent: important elements have been removed from the context menu

In the Squeeze version of ktorrent there were important elements in the cotext
menu of the tray icon like "Pause all torrents" (or similar). In the current
Wheezy version all these elemenets dissapeared. Now we need to open ktorrent
window to pause all torrents or do similar actions.
