[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#615509: konversation: Configuration Window does not display correctly at 1024x768

Conversation window extends beyond bottom of 1024x768 (netbook) screen.  Window can not be resized shorter to fit.
This cuts off some configuration options; unable to configure automatic replacement.
